The high power metal ceramic tetrode FC 307F is fitted with thoriated tungsten mesh as cathode and molybdenum tube as grid, which is applicable for power amplification of 3~5kW decametric wave combined amplification and 10kW vision carrier amplification. The max. working frequency could reach 1000MHz.
